Advanced Cold Forging Equipment
Our cold forging capabilities are powered by 5, 6, and 8-station part formers, enabling the efficient manufacturing of complex parts with superior mechanical properties. We have recently expanded these capabilities with the installation of a new 6-station part former with a 42 mm diameter, further enhancing our ability to meet high-volume and specialized demands.
Extensive Product Range
SFL produces a diverse array of components, including spline shafts, fork bolts, hex/socket-headed bolts, and special fasteners. Our cold forging operations can handle components ranging from 6 mm to 42 mm in diameter and lengths from 10 mm to 360 mm, providing flexibility across various automotive applications.
