Singla Forging Pvt. Ltd. (SFL) is one of the leading auto component manufacturers in India, supplying high-quality hot forged, cold forged, and machined auto components to leading organizations in the automotive and non-automotive industry.

Since its establishment in 1990, SFL has progressively built its capabilities in hot, cold, and warm forging, CNC and VMC turning, gear hobbing, broaching, thread rolling, tempering, hardening, and more. Headquartered in Rohtak, Haryana, the company channels its core values of innovation and entrepreneurship into embracing the latest advancements in aluminum forging and gravity die casting.

SFL is a trusted partner in the manufacturing of high-precision components for conventional vehicles, with a growing focus on the electric vehicle (EV) segment.

SFL operates nine state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, all strategically located near India's automotive hubs.

The company has invested in advanced forging technologies, such as closed die forging presses and part formers, and has expanded its machining capabilities with CNC, VMC, induction hardening, and gear hobbing and broaching processes. SFL's manufacturing setup is designed to provide end-to-end solutions, including heat treatment, welding, powder coating, and assembly for bottom bridge parts.

Additionally, SFL houses its own Tool Room which enable the product development of customized solutions for its clients. The integration of these facilities ensures a seamless production flow, from raw materials to final assembly, contributing to SFL's reputation for high-quality and precision-engineered products.

SFL is on a path of expansion and innovation. With many new projects in the pipeline, including a dedicated unit for its gear portfolio as well as a gravity die casting facility, the company is constantly improving its infrastructure and building capacity to meet future demands. SFL is also exploring the adoption of new technologies and processes, further solidifying its position as a key player in the automotive and EV components sector.

The Company started producting precision turned parts

CNC Maching Plant Started

A New Cold Forging Unit started (with multi station part formers)

2007

Heat Treatment plant added (production capacity of 100 Tons/Month)

2009

Another Machining Unit for CNC & VMV started in Rudrapur (Uttrakhand)

2012

A separate Hot Forging Plant Started

2014

A New Continuous heat Treatment Plant added (capacity of 300 tons/Month)

2017

Two new Hot Forging Presses Installed (1600Ton, 750Ton HANOL KOREA)

2018

Gear Hobbing Plant for Mid Ship Tube Shaft (MSTS) for Driveshaft Assembly Installed

2022

We installed CNC and VMC machines as the businesses started getting back on track.

We installed a small furnace machine in our hot forging unit to get the work done more quicker and without compromising on quality.

We also installed a 500-ton SPM in hot forging facility.

2023

We development many new components for our customers which are particularly focused on Electric Vehicles as the market scenario started shifting so does our strategy.

Hydraulic coin press of 300 ton has been added in hot forging facility.

2024

We have many projects lined up we are setting up a separate unit dedicated to our gear portfolio, we are also installing a 1600-ton press in our hot forging unit and 7 station bolt maker and part former of 48ø in cold forging unit.
